Making It Real

Alignment doesn’t happen by accident. It requires someone to step back, see the whole picture, and help bring the pieces into relationship with each other. Most small teams don’t have that luxury. To notice where energy is being lost, where efforts are overlapping, and where a sharper story could pull everything into focus.

You don’t have to paint, write a screenplay, or design a logo to be a creative. Creativity shows up in how you solve problems, how you communicate, how you build things, and how you imagine what could be better.
